Zurich UK increases Life Insurance protection

Insurance giants Zurich UK Life have announced the launch of an enhanced deal for customers, when it comes to their Life Insurance package. Their level protection range has been modified to make it easier for clients to change their policy when their individual circumstances change.
Zurich now offer both convertible and renewable options for their product, which means customers are able to change their policy at a later date without having to undergo additional medical checks or supply medical evidence. Both Life cover and Critical Illness cover benefit from the renewable option, while only Life Insurance products can be considered for the conversion at a later stage following purchase.
In addition, Zurich have enhanced their support information, so insurance advisers can easily communicate the changes and options to existing and potential new customers. The support materials are accessible at the Zurich website (Zurich4protection.co.uk).
Peter Hamilton, director of Protection Management, commented: “We recognise that people’s circumstances change, and that over the term of a plan people’s protection needs may change. It’s vitally important that our proposition evolves to reflect these changing needs.”
